1. User Account
1.1.You are not allowed to create more than 1 account per person, household or I.P. address. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
1.2. If your account is inactive for 60 days then it will be automatically suspended and will have all its stats (including Earnings, Referrals and Advertising credits) cleared.
1.3. We do not allow the use of Proxy Servers to Register an Account or to View Ads on our site - this will cause account suspension.
1.4. You cannot share any of your personal details like password, PIN, Payment Emails etc with any other person also holding account in BestAurora4U.com. If found all of the accounts sharing any personal information will be suspended permanently.
1.5. If your account is suspended you cannot create new account. Doing so will get your new account suspended as well.
1.6. Accounts are not transferable.
1.7. We do not change any information about your account upon request.
1.8. We never change your personal details, e-mails nor login log on your account.
1.9. We are not responsible for your account on BestAurora4U.com.
1.9.1. You are responsible for protecting your account by strong password which you do not use anywhere else.
1.10. We are not responsible for theft of your account on BestAurora4U.com.
1.11. Your account information always must be accurate and true. False and inaccurate information can lead to account suspension.
1.11.1. Your name and surname has to be real, it must match what is specified in your identity card. Fake name will lead to account suspension.
1.12. By becoming a member of BestAurora4U.com, you agree to receive newsletters, information about your account and special offers and other good plans from BestAurora4U.com and our partners. You can also decide at any time to stop receiving these emails, simply login to your account and set it there.
1.13. BestAurora4U.com is a part of a refback site
BestRefback4U.com. Therefore you have to sign up at
BestRefback4U.com first in order to use BestAurora4U.com. The registration at
BestRefback4U.com is free.
1.14. If you violate our ToS, your account will be suspended or deleted. All suspended or deleted accounts will have all its stats (including Earnings, Referrals and Advertising credits) cleared and no refunds will be given.
2. Referrals
2.1. Amount of referrals member can have is limited according to the type of membership.
2.2. You only earn from directly referred referrals being referred directly by you or brought.
2.2.1. You get certain % of your referrals earnings. The % depends on the type of your membership.
2.3. Every one of your referrals, as user, must be unique - must have unique email address, IP address etc.
2.4. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.4.1. Spamming on BestAurora4U.com and spamming when promoting our site is strictly forbidden. If found, your account will be terminated.
2.5. We do not guarantee activity of the referrals that are sold at BestAurora4U.com nor do we replace them. We do not give any refunds for bad activity, suspended or deleted referrals.
2.6. You can recycle your inactive referrals for a little recycle fee.
2.7. You cant change your referrer nor do we change it.
2.8. It is strictly forbidden to promote our site in autosurfs. If found, your account will be terminated.
2.9. We do not allow using services that are selling referrals. Suspection of breaking this rule will lead to your account suspension.
2.10. Members from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Viet Nam are not allowed to have more than 30% of their referrals from their country otherwise their account will be suspended.
3. Anti-Cheat Policy
3.1. Any attempt to cheat/hack our system will be logged and may lead to an immediate suspension.
3.1.1. Your private information can be stored and used in such case for any necessary legal action against you even after your account termination.
3.2. Using auto-click, auto-surf and any-other programs/software are strictly forbidden and your account will be terminated without notice.
3.3. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
3.4. We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without warning or notice.
4. Payments to BestAurora4U.com
4.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at your account. No other method of payment will be accepted.
4.2. All payments made to BestAurora4U.com are non-refundable and all chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
4.3. We only accept payments through Payza, PerfectMoney and SolidTrustPay.
4.4. There is up to 15% + $0.35 purchase fee already included in price when purchasing advertisements.
5. Payments to Users
5.1. All payments are made by verified Payza, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay and Bitcoin. No other methods are available at this moment.
5.2. You must manually request for payment to be processed.
5.3. Your payment will be processed and issued within 1-30 days of request (standard membership). Premium members payments will be processed and issued within 1-14 days of request.
5.4. $1.5 minimum payouts for Payza, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay and Bitcoin.
5.4.1. $10 maximum payouts.
5.4.2. Standard and VIP members can request payout after they have clicked 100 ads minimum. Other upgraded members do not need to click any ads minimum.
5.5. You can only request one payment at a time.
5.6. You can request next payment after certain number of days from the last payment. The number of days depends on the type of membership.
5.7. You have to accept your payment via your payment processor within 30 days from the day you received your payment. Failure to do so will result in deletion of the payment from our system and such payment is non-refundable.
5.8. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.
5.8.1. We make no refunds or reimbursements to account values after payments have been sent.
5.8.2. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered email addresses or bank account numbers. If payment has already been sent to the email or bank account number that you entered wrong, you do not have the right to receive the payment. So please be very careful when filling in the data.
5.8.3. You must have a verified payment processor account in order to receive a payment.
5.8.4. Your name and surname at your BestAurora4U.com account has to match your name and surname at your payment processor account in order to receive a payment.
5.9. Fees for payments depend on the type of payment processor and membership.
5.10. You have to upload your payment proof on our forum after receiving payment in order to be able to receive another payment.
5.11. Members from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Viet Nam must upgrade their account in order to request a payment. We will check not only the country you fill in on the registration form; but, also your IP address.
5.11.1. You have to request payout from the same country like you have registered from. If your country from which you have requested payout, does not match the country from which you have registered, you will not get paid and your account will be suspended for cheating.
5.12. We are profit-sharing site. Everything we earn goes to payments to members and website costs. If we have no purchases from advertisers or members like buying advertisement or upgrading account, payments will be halted.
5.13. Member who cheated and has pending payment do not have the right to receive the payment.

BestRefback4U.com is free.
6. Advertisements
6.1. The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other inappropriate materials of any kind.
6.2. The website must not contain any frame breakers.
6.3. The website must be English.
6.3.1. If you want to add website that is not English, you have to use proper Country Targeting.
6.4. The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
6.5. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
6.6. The website must not exceed the 1 popup/pop under limit.
6.7. The website's single popup/pop under must not open any new windows.
6.8. The website's single popup/pop under must not break any of the above terms.
6.9. We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement that we consider not suitable for display.
6.10. You can view every advertisement only once per 24 hours.
7. Referrals Free System
7.1. We do not guarantee that you will get any referrals when you purchase credits for the Referrals Free System.
7.1.1. You acknowledge that you are buying credits to display your reflink, you are not buying referrals.
8. Refund Policy
8.1. Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.
8.2. If you initiate a chargeback at payment processor, you will be reported as cheater, who brakes our Terms of Service, your request will be rejected and your account on BestAurora4U.com will be suspended and no refunds will be given.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. BestAurora4U.com will never give your sensitive data to third parties (does not apply to point 3.1.1.).
9.1.1. We will never sell, rent or give your email to anyone (does not apply to point 3.1.1.).
10. Liability
10.1. BestAurora4U.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.
10.2. BestAurora4U.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice.
10.3. BestAurora4U.com is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
10.4. We are not responsible for our members, advertisers or advertisements.
10.4.1. We are not liable for any damages caused by the behavior of other users.
10.5. You are responsible for your investment. We do not guarantee that you earn more than you put in.
11. Policy, Chat, Forum and General Behaviour
11.1. Any reproduction of part or all of the site is forbidden without prior agreement.
11.2. Spam, money offers, links, duplicated posts, illegal content, mentioning others usernames, nonsense posts and other inappropriate posts/messages are not allowed and will lead to your account suspension.
11.3. Any accusation without any evidence, disrespect and other things against BestAurora4U.com, its owner or staff on any places will lead to your account suspension.
11.4. If you bring directly or indirectly any kind of prejudicial to BestAurora4U.com, its owner or staff will lead to your account suspension and appropriate legal action may be taken against you.
12. Subject to Change
12.1.This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we may send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
