Title: PayPal new ToS - new withdrawal and purchase rules Post by: BestAurora4U on February 03, 2016, 06:37:43 PM PayPal has changed their ToS in Jan 2016. That is why we had to make the following changes to meet their TOS:
1.) You must have a verified Paypal account to make a purchase. (Your Payza or Perfectmoney account must be verified too) 2.) Only members that purchased something via Paypal in past can withdraw to Paypal. (You must purchase something via PayPal to be able to withdraw via PayPal) Your PayPal account must be verified. If your PayPal account will not be verified we will refund the payment. 3.) Members who have not purchased anything can withdraw to Payza or Perfectmoney. Your account must be verified. 4.) Minimum withdraw for PayPal has raised to $5 (because Paypal does not like transactions under $5). For Payza and Perfectmoney withdraw minimum stays at $1.5. 5.) Minimum purchase is $5 with PayPal. 6.) Your full name in your PayPal, Payza or Perfectmoney account has to match your full name in your account at BestAurora4U. |
