You have to allow receiving of paid emails first.
Go to Account->Preferences and there you see, if you have paid emails turned on or off. If its set to OFF, simply click on the button to set it to ON.
You can deactivate receiving of the paid emails by the same way.

How to receive paid email and get paid for it?
Paid email will be sent to your email address which you have specified during the registration.
You will find a link in this mail after this sentence "To receive credit for this email, Please click the following URL", click on it.
A page will be opened, where the timer will run. When the time is off, click on the correct picture and the money for the paid email will be added to your account!
